How suspicious domains work

Suspicious domains are never added to DNS. Users can open them in the VPN app, but the app meters each user's bandwidth and behaviour and blocks the domain in-app for that user when the limits below are exceeded. When enough different users trip the limits, the app blocks it for everyone (still not DNS). Your decision here is final: Block adds it to DNS for everyone, Allow lets it resolve normally.
